If you have prediabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes this program can help you! This free program provides a trained lifestyle coach to guide and encourage you and teaches the skills you need to loose weight, be more physically active and manage stress. This is a year-long program.
A new group starts in June meeting weekly on Thursdays, June 9-September 22 10-11 am and then moving to bi-weekly and monthly meetings October 2022-April 2023.
