This class aims to help you refine your holiday spread, so you can enjoy the holidays while cutting back on leftovers, excess calories, and dishes. During this class, we will discuss healthy recipe substitutions, portion control strategies, nutritious and delicious food additions, and ways to scale down recipes so you can still savor some of your holiday favorites.
