In addition to changes in memory and cognition, there are a number of behaviors that commonly emerge in patients with Alzheimer’s disease, including agitation, anxiety, apathy, wandering, and sleep disturbances, to name a few. Suzannah Bagwell, Research Nurse at the Roper St. Francis Research and Innovation Center, discusses these behaviors in depth, as well as some of the current methods, resources, medications, and clinical trials aimed at managing these symptoms. This lecture will be presented virtually via GoToMeeting.
