Great for beginners or those less stable on
their feet. Cardio, strength, balance and
stretching exercises done in a chair or
standing next to it.
Registration is not required for Enhance Fitness classes for members. Members any age can participate and are not required to register. Nonmembers age 60+ may participate free and are required to register once a month at the front desk.
