Open to those at-risk for diabetes or prediabetes. Those with type 2 diabetes are welcome.
Weekly classes Tuesdays, October 19th – February 22, 2-3 pm at Waring Senior Center. Classes are twice a month for the next three months (March-May), followed by once a month (June-September). Free.
