Adaptive yoga is a wonderful way to receive the benefits of a yoga practice in a safe and supportive way. The wall and chair becomes an extension of the body. It is a unique yoga practice where yoga positions and poses are adapted through a creative use of a chair/wall and are performed slowly with breath awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels and physical conditions.
This class will be held online and in-person at the Lowcountry Senior Center. (limited to 4 participants in Room A in-person)
