This class is for experienced and advanced
exercise students only.
Registration is not required for Enhance
Fitness classes for members. Members any
age can participate and are not required to
register. Nonmembers age 60+ may
participate free and are required to register
once a month at the front desk.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9-10 am
