Low-intensity and non-impact aerobic,
strength, balance, and stretching exercises.
Participants may stand or sit during the
class.
Registration is not required for Enhance Fitness classes for members. Members any age can participate and are not required to register. Nonmembers age 60+ may participate free and are required to register once a month at the front desk.
Members 50+ and Nonmembers 60+ Free
